When do sessions take place?

Our schedules are diverse, so we offer sessions at various times during the week. We aim to hold joint sessions as often as we can, typically in the early mornings and evenings on both weekdays and weekends. If your availability is limited to certain times, please inform us. We’ll work with you to find a suitable time slot that fits your schedule.

Where are these sessions held?

Our runs mainly occur along Worthing seafront, but we also offer the flexibility to hold sessions in other suitable locations within the local area.
